Position Description:
The ServiceNow developer is responsible for developing, installing and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications and workflows. This includes working with other developers across the organization to build and maintain integrations. The ServiceNow developer must stay current on platform enhancements and how these can be used to provide better options to meet customer needs on the platform. What you will do: •Knowledge of our ServiceNow instance including incident, Knowledge, Problem, Change, Service Request and CMDB modules •Gaining new Knowledge about ServiceNow through self-motivated online learning. •Follow ITIL best practices for system maintenance and platform upgrades. •Implementing and maintaining integrations into the platform. •Work with project managers and process owners to implement solutions to support process and polices. •Customizing e-mail notification, ticket SLAs and form fields. •Staying up to date with the latest releases, product enhancements and plugins. •Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
•Experience with ServiceNow platform development •JavaScript •Web technologies - HTML or XML •API integrations •ServiceNow ITSM Catalog configuration •Conceptual understanding of ITIL
Skills Preferred:
•Attention to detail •Works well within a team environment as well as individually •Must be able to turn customer requirements into platform solutions •Must demonstrate sound analytical skills •Ability to document complex processes
Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years experience in ServiceNow development Minimum of 3 years experience with Java Scripts

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
