Trillium has an immediate opening for Branch Manager in Houston, TX! Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment!
This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a sales leader to oversee a fast-growing branches in Houston. If you have experience in sales management or industrial sales, we want to hear from you today!
Responsibilities:• Supervise all branch sales, service, and administration• Develop plans for future branch growth• Have responsibility for branch profit and loss• Work out of the local office in Houston as the home base, plus travel to local customer sites as needed. Meetings at the company headquarters in Virginia about 1-2x per year.
Compensation:• $65,000 base salary + commission• Commission averages $60,000+ the first year• Opportunity for additional bonuses as well• Total annual compensation (base, commission, and bonus) expected between $140-150,000

Qualifications:• 3-5 years of management experience• Previous industrial/manufacturing sales experience• Demonstrated leadership ability• SAP experience is a plus• Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
