Lakeside HR Group has been engaged to recruit a Regional Sales and Account Managerfor our client whosells and services foodservice equipment from leading manufacturers, serving grocery and restaurant customers throughout the nation. They have been in business for over 40 years and pride themselves on quality, industry expertise, and customer satisfaction. Their success is only possible due to their great team and are adding a Senior Account Manager to help them continue their growth.

They are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales and Account Manager to join their team in their New Brighton office, and you will cover a territory including Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and part of Iowa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and sales management within the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with key existing clients.Effectively communicate the company's value proposition.Pursue relationships with potential new customers and identify business opportunities to increase revenue.Drive retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.Achieve and exceed sales targets.Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of products and services offered, along with industry trends, products, and competitive offerings, and ensure that products and services consistently meet client needs.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations.Effectively communicate with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing business development.Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.Act as the team lead for the Midwest sales team, consisting of three sales consultants.Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

Prior sales and management experience in the foodservice industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to cook and present during equipment demonstrations.Account management.Customer engagement and acquisition.Sales strategy and quoting.
