IF " in process status " Please provide applied date and ETA of issue date All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license. Will accept first time travelers, Can submit with pending WA license, FREE LYFT rides provided to travelers in the event they have to float. Patient Diagnoses: Free-standing ED- no RT or pharmacy on site 15% Pediatric patients Special Procedures: Free-standing ED - RN does RT role and pharmacy Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, High Frequency Vents Procedure Sedation, RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation Drugs Trach Care, Vents Blood/Blood Products Administration Cardioversion / Defribillation Obtain 12 Lead EKG PA Lines, Rapid Infuser, Tele Interpretation Drains, Feeding Tubes PICC/Central Lines, Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care Syringe Pumps, Triple Lumen Catheter Special Equipment: Adult/Pedi ER Ambulance Triage, Freestanding Staffing ratio- 1:4 certs: ACLS & PALS required
