Responsibilities:Extend a warm welcome and offer assistance to visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a hospitable environment.

Field incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with promptness and efficiency, directing them appropriately.

Cultivate a pristine and inviting reception area

Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, tracking deliveries and ensuring timely distribution.

Aid in coordinating appointments and meetings, including the seamless reservation of conference rooms.

Provide crucial administrative support to the HR team, from file management to data entry and document preparation.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, overseeing paperwork completion and logistical arrangements for orientation.

Maintain confidentiality and precision in updating employee records and databases, adhering to stringent data protection standards.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, upholding our commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

Associates degree or higher is required for this role

1-2 years of HR experience

Previous experience in front desk or administrative capacity

Excellent communications skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong level of organizational abilities

Immediate availability

Pay Details:

$23.00 to $27.00 per hour
