LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Property Management company to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager/HR Coordinator to cover maternity leave in their Portland, OR office. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations and providing HR support. If you are organized, friendly, and available to start as early as this week, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:Perform HR Coordinator and office manager functionsCoordinate onboarding schedules for new hiresAssist with phone screens and initial candidate outreachRetrieve, source, and distribute mailOrder office supplies on a monthly basis, including bulk ordersMaintain meeting rooms and oversee the upkeep of the coffee machine; kitchen space is managed by othersConnect tenants and customers with appropriate contacts (property management)Conduct tours of the building for visitorsManage reception desk duties in a secure facility (locked 24/7), including handling an emergency panic button (for safety)Qualifications:

Previous experience in office coordination or administrative roles preferredExposure to HR functions is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)Proficiency with MS Suite, Teams, and CanvaPay Details:

$24.00 to $26.00 per hour
