Position SummaryThe purpose of this position is to lead both the PQM and Color teams aligned with our Graphics LOB in association with the Brand Guardianship Group.

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & ResultsOwn the ~$5M P&L for PQM/Color.Grow PQM/Color Revenue and Profits.Run the "cost center" aspect of PQM/Color within the Graphics workflow.Be an active and committed partner to the SGS & Co Shared Service leaders and practitioners.

Educational & Experience Minimum RequirementsThis position requires the following knowledge and skills:A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university, and more than 10 years of experience or equivalent work experience.Superior technical knowledge in the areas of PQM and Color.Experience selling PQM and Color services.Ability to speak to both "business" and "technical" language fluently and can translate between the two.P&L experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to excel at leading teams, developing talent, and working through others to consistently deliver budgeted annual, quarterly, and monthly financial and operational results.Demonstrated ability to excel as a teammate on a senior leadership team and to senior shared services leaders.
