Culture fuels our everyday work with a diverse group of 5300+ across 6 continents with global expertise in strategy, creative, design, content creation, eComm, production and print management.Position SummaryThe purpose of this position is to own and manage your client portfolio aligned with our Graphics LOB in association with the Brand Guardianship Group.Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & ResultsCo-own the P&L for your client portfolio with SVP Client Service.Manage your cross functional teams including Account Directors, Account Managers and Project Managers, helping them to reach revenue, profit and client service goals.Maintain the highest standards of client satisfaction while developing growth opportunities with your portfolio clients.Help develop standard and customized “ways of working” for the Graphics front office to enable revenue and profit goals.Own the overall client relationships ensuring critical insights and opportunities are developed, while ensuring we remain top of mind with key client, cross-functional contacts.Be an active and committed partner to the SGS & Co Shared Service leaders and practitioners.Educational & Experience Minimum RequirementsThis position requires the following knowledge and skills:A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university, and more than 10 years of experience or equivalent work experience.Deep experience in Graphics sales and operations. (industry veterans only)Experience managing multi-level, client facing teams.Strong “client-hands” and experience leading account managers.P&L experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to excel at leading teams, developing talent, and working through others to consistently deliver budgeted annual, quarterly, and monthly financial and operational results.Demonstrated ability to excel as a teammate on a senior leadership team and to senior shared services leaders.Competency RequirementsExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.Superior quantitative and analytical skills.Exceptional empathy, compassion, and ability to connect with all regardless of station, title, position, or background.Proven ability to exercise personal discipline, discretion, and appropriate emotional management.This is a remote position in the US.
