One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Participates in national and/or regional events to recruit candidates at all workforce levels; 2) Develop recruitment strategies and executes plans to ensure an adequate pipeline of well-qualified and properly skilled applicants from a variety of sources are available for each job announcement; 3) Provides advice on staffing, recruitment and placement functions to Managers, Supervisors, Hiring Officials and candidates; 4) Provides guidance on merit system principles, prohibited personnel practices, the development and use of valid selection criteria, and other approaches that help in staffing the organization.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).Evaluation Criteria:
