Change Management Consultant . As a

Change Management Consultant , you will play a critical role in driving successful change initiatives across their organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support both technical and business transformations, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new processes, systems and technologies. Upcoming projects include implementing SAP PLM to the organization and master data governance enhancements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking CPG company and shape the future of their operations.

Change Management Consultant Responsibilities:Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support business and technical transformationsCollaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand the impact of changes and identify potential resistance or challengesConduct change readiness assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risksCreate communication plans and materials to effectively engage and inform employees throughout the change processDesign and deliver training programs to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and technologiesMonitor and measure the success of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments to improve adoption and minimize disruptionAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and guidance on best practices for managing change within the CPG industry

Change Management Consultant

Requirements:

3+ years of OCM experience, specifically with system implementationsProven experience working within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industryStrong background in supporting both technical and business transformationsExcellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesChange Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus
