We are looking for a
Director of Change Management . This person should be skilled in change management, ideally certified with Prosci, and should have proven experience in managing successful change initiatives. This person should be ready to jump into existing projects, work with project managers and handle key responsibilities to help the projects succeed.

Responsibilities:
Use a structured approach to guide and manage change effortsCreate plans to help employees adapt to changes, such as new systems or job rolesDesign and manage communication about the changes to keep everyone informedAnalyze how changes will affect people, identify key stakeholders and evaluate readinessHelp design and deliver training to support the changesIdentify and address any resistance or risks related to the changeProvide guidance to senior leaders, managers and project teams on managing changePrepare and manage reports on the status and success of change management efforts

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree5+ years of experience in change management requiredMaster's Degree, Prosci Certification and some project management experience preferredStrong understanding of how people adapt to changeExperience with change management methods and toolsGreat communication skills and the ability to influence othersAble to work well with all levels in the organization and handle challenges effectivelyOrganized and good at planningTeam player who works well with others
