Job DescriptionProvide program analysis, strategic planning, resource management support, operational and program oversight support for sub-components of M&RA. Conduct program oversight, strategic planning, resource management, financial analysis, and quality activities to ensure contract performance meets Government standards and that program resource applications are managed and align to DoD training and education strategy, policy, and direction. Conduct strategic planning and forecasting for training, education, readiness, and any other program as required by M&RA, including but not limited to job skills training, institutional training, live/virtual/constructive training programs. Contractor will provide quality control activities for all activities in this TDL. Provide knowledge management and configuration control support for M&RA.Provide program analysis, research, and resource management support for all facets of the Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBES) process. Contractor will conduct knowledge management and maintain data to reflect POM adjustments, program reviews, and budget submissions. The contractor will develop and maintain an up-to-date, user-friendly desk manual as per M&RA specifications.Participates in special projects, integrated product teams, and studies for improving resource management processes and practices and meeting established goals and objectives (Total Force Policy). Researches and investigates new or improved processes and practices for application to ODASD RI programs and operations.Experience Requirements:3+ years of experienceMANDATORY:
