Conduct program oversight, strategic planning, resource management, financial analysis, and quality activities to ensure contract performance meets Government standards and that program resource applications are managed and align to DoD training and education strategy, policy, and direction. Conduct strategic planning and forecasting for training, education, readiness, and any other program as required by M&RA, including but not limited to job skills training, institutional training, live/virtual/constructive training programs. Provide quality control activities for all activities in this TDL. Provide knowledge management and configuration control support for M&RA.Provide program analysis, research, and resource management support for all facets of the Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBES) process. Conduct knowledge management and maintain data to reflect POM adjustments, program reviews, and budget submissions. Develop and maintain an up-to-date, user-friendly desk manual as per M&RA specifications.Participate in special projects, integrated product teams, and studies for improving resource management processes and practices and meeting established goals and objectives (Total Force Policy). Research and investigate new or improved processes and practices for application to ODASD RI programs and operations.Experience Requirements:3+ years of experienceMANDATORY:
