The Executive Assistant, Sales & Marketing reports directly to the EVP, Sales & Marketing and aims to increase their efficiency and effectiveness.THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Proactively provide organizational and administrative support to EVP, including correspondence, filing, corporate organization, expense tracking and processing, ticket orders and maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings.Coordinate, schedule and support Sales & Marketing events, meetings, entertainment activities, etc., including scheduling appropriate facilities, meeting and entertaining guests.Act as day‐of‐event point of contact for meetings to ensure seamless execution/delivery of objectives and as day‐of‐game liaison for ballpark visits with clients, partners, etc.Act as a point of contact among executives, associates, clients, guests and other external partners.Manage travel and accommodation arrangements and timely process travel and entertainment expenses.Assist other department heads, Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, and Ticketing as needed.Manage contacts and assist in correspondence with EVP contacts. Aim to improve the frequency and use of handwritten and personalized notes and correspondence.Maintain high attention to detail with standard of error free work product (goal is zero errors in work product being distributed outside department with a focus on ensuring work is in "distribution" form prior to sending to EVP for review).Assist in the timely response of various request emails sent to EVP.Timely response to requests from EVP.WHAT YOU’LL BRING:Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, including Cubs games.Discretion and confidentiality.College degree from an accredited university or college.TOTAL REWARDS:
