They take ownership of all aspects of the client management, estimating and buyout process. It is their job to drive new business for the company, manage existing clients, properly estimate new projects, ensure profitability, and close the contracts.Responsibilities:Pre-Construction:Develop and maintain strong client relationshipsInstigate and drive regular meetings with new and existing clientsManage and compile initial budgets/rough order of magnitudes (ROM) for clientsAttend pre-bid and kick-off site and client meetingsCompile hard/competitive bid estimates for clientsManage and own FF&E budgets, obtaining quotes and take offs from Purchasing and Design teamsExecute and manage owner contracts, scope of works, and project schedulesCoordinate with Design Build to solicit designer, architect, and procurement vendorsSource new sub-contractors and maintain ongoing relationshipsProject Finances:Coordinate & consult with PM to maintain project margin throughout the buyout phase, reporting any variancesBrand Design Schemes and Hotel Brand Standards:Maintain brand design scheme knowledge, provide insight to the team, and properly implement changes into our client budgetingEnsure all scopes are being estimated and outlined to hotel brand standardsInformation Management:Ensure cloudshare and subcontractor systems have the most current files, properly organized, and structured to the project folder structureRequirements:7+ years of Estimating experience in tenant improvement projectsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)Proficiency in Bluebeam or equivalent softwareProficiency in Microsoft Suite, including ExcelAbility to travel up to 25% in the roleAbility to work remotelyPreferences:Located in Phoenix, Chicago, Maryland, CincinnatiBranded hotel estimating experience2+ years of People Management experienceExperience in traveling construction groupsHotel Rehabs, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
