Summary of Position
Responsible for development and implementation of marketing communications and outreach, primarily utilizing social media marketing and supporting outreach at locations worldwide
Minimum Required Education
Bachelor's Degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education required; or Associate's Degree with an additional two years' experience.Degrees in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field preferred.Minimum Required Experience
One year paid work experience in marketing or marketing communications with a Bachelor's degree; or three years paid work experience in marketing or marketing communications with an Associate's degree.
Experience in social media marketing and content development required.Some video production experience preferred.Relationship management systems and working in education with military students preferredRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in electronic mass communications, social media marketing and online content development; knowledge of scheduling software preferred.Basic video creation/editing skills for the web.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, HTML/Web Development Software.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud ( Photoshop, InDesign)Experience with data analysis and reporting.Experience in coordinating and supporting events.Working knowledge of project management.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students,educational colleagues and the community at large.Must have initiative, creativity, flexibility and resourcefulness in fulfilling work assignments and implementing long-range program improvement.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively and in a timely manner.Salary1J/Per Salaried pay scale
HoursFull-time, indicate working hours - M-Th 7:30 am-5:30 pm; F 7:30-11:30 am
