Job Title: HR GeneralistLocation: South Seattle – West Seattle (Fully Onsite)Job Type: Full-time - ContractSalary: $58,240 - $70,000 annually 28-33.65
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our client’s team onsite in South Seattle. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This position is fully onsite, no WFH.
Key Responsibilities:Administer employee benefits, compensation, and leave policies
Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Assist in employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Maintain and update HR records, including personnel files and HRIS data
Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing training programs
Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping as needed
Qualifications:Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
Additional Requirements
Pre-hire and annual employee health screening required
Annual influenza vaccine required. The only exception is for employees with a medical or religious exemption be approved by Administration. Employees with an approved medical or religious exemption must always wear a mask during the flu season
TB testing is required annually
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Pay Details:
$28.00 to $33.65 per hour
