Job Title: Benefits Analyst

Location: Seattle, WA

Job Type: Full-Time – Contract 4+Months

LHH is actively interviewing candidates for a contract Benefits Analyst position in Seattle, WA with our clients. The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing support to employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role.

Strong knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

$31.25 to $36.05 per hour
