We are seeking a Project Manager to join our thriving Energy sector. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management and a passion for the Energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, with a focus on efficient resource allocation, budgeting, and excellent time management. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of our projects, ensuring we deliver top-notch solutions to our clients on time and within budget. NetSuite experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading and managing large-scale projects within the Energy industry, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  2. Developing comprehensive project plans, outlining the project’s goals, resources needed, timeline, budget, and tracking mechanisms.
  3. Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  4. Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring clear communication throughout the project life cycle.
  5. Implementing effective project management strategies and risk management processes to ensure projects' smooth execution.
  6. Monitoring project progress, resolving any issues that arise, and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
  7. Ensuring resource availability and allocation, managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  8. Preparing and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, client teams, and senior management.
  9. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  10. Maintaining a strong understanding of the Energy industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the Energy industry.
  2. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey project information to a variety of stakeholders.
  4. Strong time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Demonstrated experience in resource allocation and budgeting, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
  7. Proficiency in project management software tools.
  8. A deep understanding of the Energy industry, including its challenges, trends, and opportunities.
  9. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex project challenges.
  10. A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
