Our company is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager/Digital Consultant to join our team in the Energy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of cybersecurity solutions and ensuring the digital safety of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of SIEM, zplunk, arcsight, IDS, IAM, Okta, Project Budgets, IT Project Management, digital security, and cybersecurity project management. In this role as a Jobot Consultant, you will lead the way to implement the latest security tools and practices in our digital transformation. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity programs, including risk assessment, policy development, and incident response plans.
  2. Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the successful execution of security initiatives and compliance with industry regulations.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Utilize tools such as SIEM, zplunk, arcsight, IDS, IAM, and Okta to monitor and analyze security events and incidents.
  5. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost parameters.
  6. Lead cybersecurity training and awareness programs to educate employees about information security and cyber threats.
  7. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure the integration of cybersecurity measures in all digital platforms.
  8. Regularly review and update cybersecurity policies and procedures to keep up with the evolving threat landscape.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure security measures are functioning correctly and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on cybersecurity.
  3. Proven experience with SIEM, zplunk, arcsight, IDS, IAM, Okta, and project budget management.
  4. Strong knowledge of digital security and cybersecurity project management.
  5. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar certification is preferred.
  6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Knowledge of the Energy industry and related security regulations is a plus.
  10. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
