Location: Macedonia, Ohio
Shift: First Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: $21 per hour

Position Overview:
As a Machine Setup Technician, you will play a crucial role in our production process by ensuring the efficient setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in machine setup and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with production team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company standards.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Setup Technician or similar role.
• Solid understanding of machine setup procedures and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
