Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. The role involves handling, processing, and preparing material rolls for further use, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, processing, weighing, and curing material rolls while entering and maintaining precise data in our system.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting and Processing Material Rolls

  Accurately measure and cut rolls to required specifications.

  
  

• Weighing Materials

  Ensure the materials are weighed with precision to meet product standards.

  
  

• Curing Process

  Operate machinery and follow detailed instructions to cure the materials according to the company's quality standards.

  
  

• Data Entry

  Record all measurements, weights, and other relevant data into the company's internal system for tracking and quality assurance.

  
  

• Quality Control

  Inspect materials before and after processing to ensure they meet specified criteria.

  
  

• Equipment Maintenance

  Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of machinery and tools used in the process.

  
  

• Safety Compliance

  Follow all company safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area.

  
  

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and data entry.
• Ability to work with hands-on tasks and operate machinery.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to wear PPE's - Safety glasses and Gloves
• Pre-employment drug test required
• Steeltoed boots or shoes required
