Nesco Resource is hiring immediately for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our client on a 5-month assignment!

Pay Rate: $18/hr
Contract Length: 5+ months
Location: West Henrietta
Shift: Monday - Friday 9am-530pm

Job Summary:
  • Provides advanced customer service and support to internal staff and external clients
  • Delivers quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues
  • Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of company products
  • Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
  • Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization
  • Documents all interactions
