Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Details
  • Work hybrid remote
  • Provide expert legal advice on trusts, wills, powers of attorney, medical directives, and estate administration.
  • Draft, review, and revise trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and medical directives.
  • Represent clients in probate court and manage estate administration.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on trust and estate matters.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure high-quality service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated on trust and estate law developments.

Needed:

  • Licensed to practice law in CA.
  • Experience in estate planning, complex trust administration, and probate.
  • Strong drafting, research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in federal income, estate, and gift tax laws, and California state tax laws.
  • Experience with property tax, gift, and estate tax planning.
  • Recent experience with irrevocable trusts, defective grantor trusts, life insurance trusts, and charitable trusts.
  • Familiarity with fiduciary income tax issues.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships.
