Job Description: Welder

Location: Sandusky, OH

Shift: 1st (Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm)(OT is done on Saturday 6 am to 11 am as needed)

Wage: $20 based on experience

Possible direct hire or right to hire opportunity

Job duties

• Welding with Mig and Tig in various positions
• Welding aluminum, carbon steel and stainless steel of various thicknesses
• Responsible for the manufacturing of weldments and finished parts to print.
• Inspection welds and repairs as needed
• Must be able to layout parts, assemble components, and fabricate complex assemblies using blue prints and drawings.

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a MIG and TIG welding test.
• Proficient at reading drawings and weld symbols.
• Able to fabricate weldments of all sizes with little to no help.
• Able to drive a forklift.
