Job Details

Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues across various systems.

Utilize assembly diagrams, P&IDs, and manuals to fine-tune equipment for optimal performance, applying principles of electrical systems (e.g., VFDs, SCRs, motor starters) and control logic (e.g., PLCs, SLCs) to resolve problems.

Apply basic skills in plumbing, metalworking, and general facility maintenance as needed.

Operate and maintain devices such as gauges, RTDs, pressure transmitters, I/P converters, and vortex flow meters.

Train new team members on essential maintenance skills and procedures.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.

Use SCADA systems for monitoring and complete necessary documentation.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.

Collaborate with and assist production associates in basic equipment troubleshooting and support as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

3-5 years of experience in a similar field, with a focus on troubleshooting and repairing production equipment with advanced control systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to train others in maintenance practices effectively.

Willingness and capability to work as part of a self-directed team.

Proficiency with SCADA systems.

Solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical principles, and control logic.

Basic skills in plumbing, metalworking, and general facility maintenance.

Awareness of and adherence to safety guidelines and GMP standards.

Understanding of proper machine operation and adjustment procedures.

Ability to contribute to production improvement initiatives, associate involvement, and temporary teams as needed.
