Oxford Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Operations Specialist to join our clients technical support team. This role operates within a 24/7, 365-day-a-year department, so the successful candidate must be open to working various shifts. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience troubleshooting computer systems and a strong knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems. Being bilingual in English/French or English/German is a plus. This role follows a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both Windows and Mac operating systems, including Windows Server OS.Administer Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.Manage Cisco phone and voicemail systems.Provide support for Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.Ensure operations adhere to ITIL best practices.Collaborate with other team members to provide top-level technical support for a global user base.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.3 to 5 years of experience troubleshooting computer systems.Proficient knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, including Windows Server OS.Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).Experience administering Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.Experience with Cisco phone and voicemail administration.ITIL best practices knowledge; CompTIA A+ and ITIL Foundation certifications are a plus.Bilingual in English/French or English/German is a plus.Work Environment:

24/7, 365-day operational support with rotating shifts.Hybrid work schedule available.
