Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities.Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax estimates.Conduct research on tax issues and regulations to ensure compliance with current laws.Support senior accountants with tax planning and strategies for clients.Review client financial records and prepare necessary documentation for tax filings.Assist with year-end tax planning and preparation of financial reports.Respond to client inquiries regarding tax issues, notices, and audits.Maintain organized and accurate tax files and records.Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and industry trends.Collaborate with other departments on financial matters as needed.Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.1-3 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably within a public accounting firm.Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.Proficiency with tax preparation software (e.g., ProSystem, Lacerte, UltraTax) and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.CPA candidate or in the process of obtaining CPA license is preferred but not required.Pay Details:

$60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
