Tax Manager
for ourclient in Sarasota, FL.
This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
Responsibilities
Analyzes financial information to prepare state, federal and local tax returns for the company according to laws and regulationsHandles tax return and compliance issues as requiredAssists with IRS audits.Experience
Minimum of 5 years of public or corporate tax accounting experience requiredSkills/Knowledge
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) skills are essentialGreat multi-tasker, detail/customer service-oriented and deadline drivenExcellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skillsPrior accounting software knowledge required (QuickBooks preferred)Prior tax software knowledge required (UltraTax strongly preferred)Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field requiredCPA or Enrolled Agent also requiredWork Hours/Pay Rate
