Los Angeles, CA | Remote - potentially 1 day on-site per week as needed
Salary Range:
$150,000 to $175,000 based on experience + discretionary bonus

is partnering with a global professional services company in Los Angeles to hire a
Corporate Tax Manager .
Description:Prepare partnership returns with Schedule K-1 and income tax footnotes
Review partnership estimated tax calculations
Complete transactional analyses and documentation for tax reporting and audits
Play a key role in year-end tax planning and cash flow management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in accounting; CPA preferred
7 years of corporate tax experience or with a top 10 accounting firm
Knowledge of international, VAT/GST, business, property, sales/use, and excise taxation
Research tax laws and regulations
