We are partnered with a food manufacturing company that is looking for a Finance Manager. The position is on-site in their Fresno Plant.Salary: $100-$140kResponsibilities:
Lead all FP&A activitiesLead all pricing (buy docs) related activities such as co-ordination with plant and procurement teams for inputs. Doing comparison with actuals or similar quotes, owning the accuracy of the data being provided to sales. This involves heavy collaboration across all functions and you will be responsible for compiling and validating all the inputs.Financial reporting month end financial reports (P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc) including analysis and commentaryBudget/Reforecast on an annual/quarterly basis or as required.Sales Reporting: monthly, daily, ad-hoc, KPI's, BI reports, etc.Manage all open items and status of any open dealsManage post month review of sales results with the sale teamSpecial Projects as neededOther adhoc support to CFO and CSORequired Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or masters in finance/accounting5-10 years of overall finance and accounting experience3-5 years of plant controller or manufacturing experiencePrefer: 3-5 years of FP&A experience or Finance analyst roleGood understanding of Financial and accounting concepts (GAAP)Must be hands on, get into detailsQuestion status quo and own the accuracy of the information being provided.Must be a Team player.Must be a thinker and not only a doer.Must be a problem solver.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
