Front Desk Supervisor
Provide shift supervision and guidance to the Front Desk. Ensure each area is managed in accordance with operating standards to maintain a professional image and superior customer service. Ensure that all reports are completed as required. Resolves quickly and timely on guest complaints, concerns or disputes. Responsible to report all issues to Front Desk Manager. Assist with training new team members as well as ongoing training for employees.
Essential Functions:Adhere to Stein Collection StandardsAssist in attainment or surpassing of all departmental and hotel goalsMaximize customer service and enhance the guest experienceMaintain open lines of communication with all department team members and ManagerMaintain highly visible program that solicits guest comments on a consistent basisRequires standing behind Front Desk for extended periods of timeActively involved in the continued success of the guest recognition programEncourage the concept of employee empowerment by maintaining incentives that reward employees for responsive/proactive guest assistanceAssist with the training process of all department employeesComplete assigned reports properly, accurately and timelyEnsure advance deposits are 100% currentReview daily front office shift work for accuracy and completenessEnsure standards and cleanliness of public and private areas of the Lodge are maintainedDo whatever necessary to help guests and fellow employeesEnsure all reports neatly filed in binders dailyEnsure all "call back" requests are called backedEnsure front desk and back office are neat, clean and organizedEnsure wake-up calls are made timely and properlyEnsure messages and faxes are properly logged and deliveredManage guest history programFollow up on all guest complaints in a timely mannerReview Group Resume on group's arrivingReview daily arrivals and departuresStein Eriksen Lodge, Park City's only Forbes Five-Star Hotel and Spa, offers:
