The Graphic Designer is responsible for graphic design of internal and external publications and media. The Graphic Designer supports all graphic design from collateral to digital and must be familiar with adapting to brand guidelines, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, producing a variety of print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces, ads, website banners, digital screens, building signage, etc. The Graphic Designer must have a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and basic knowledge of desktop software, including Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Typical Duties:Provides overall support for the Network's graphic design including all graphic design of internal and external publications and media.Prepares original artwork as needed for publications, brochures, poster, signs, and promotional products.Creates all public relations and marketing materials including computer generated graphics and presentation materials.Delivers projects according to established quality standards. Delivers outstanding customer service, interacts with appropriate team members to complete tasks, solves problems, garners support and seeks approval on projects as necessary.Maintains graphic design files produced by or for the Network's departments. Maintains resource files on all hospital events and activities.Advises customers on messaging and/or materials that align with the brand, Network policies, or preferences.Supports Communications team with work activities and/or tasks for events as needed or required.Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.3 plus years of experience performing Graphic Design work.6 plus months of experience using Adobe Creative Suite (e. g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).Have experience using and working with Mac computers.

Required Specialized Training:

Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and/or the most current design software.Basic knowledge of desktop software, including Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art or a related field from an accredited college or university.
