Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated

Product Marketing Manager

to spearhead the marketing efforts for a growing start-up. In this role, you will drive marketing strategy, generate leads, and collaborate closely with the founders to shape and execute marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for leveraging digital marketing channels to acquire new customers, manage campaigns on a modest budget, and ultimately build a scalable marketing function as they continue to grow.

This is a full-time permanent position with competitive base salary and equity in a high-potential start-up. The position has a strong growth opportunity with the potential to lead an expanding marketing team as the company scales. You would be a key player in a disruptive product at the forefront of legal technology innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.• Digital Marketing: Execute campaigns across various digital channels including email, social media, SEO, and SEM. Optimize performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI.• Lead Generation: Create and manage lead generation campaigns, including content creation, landing pages, and conversion optimization.• Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the founders to align marketing initiatives with business goals and product development.• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for different marketing channels, including blog posts, email newsletters, and social media updates.• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics. Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.• Budget Management: Efficiently manage marketing spend, focusing on high-impact activities and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.• Team Building: As the company grows, recruit, mentor, and manage a marketing team to support scaling efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related role, with a strong track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.• Skills: Expertise in using digital marketing channels and tools. Proficiency in email marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, social media management, and marketing analytics.• Mindset: Proven ability to work with limited budgets and resources. Highly strategic yet hands-on, with a knack for creative problem-solving.• Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with founders and other stakeholders.• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to evolving business needs.
