Position SummaryThe Information Technologies (IT) Applications Division is hiring for our technical and end-user training team. You will be working with people from all over the university to develop and publish training documentation and videos explaining the latest new systems to UNM business offices and the University community. You will work closely with customers and technical staff to develop training materials for various applications and geared toward various user populations. You must have a good attitude, a great work ethic, and genuinely excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). We are looking for team players - personable, detail-oriented self-starters who are able to manage their workload and work with different people on different projects simultaneously. Please note that the resume and writing sample are required for consideration.
