Purpose

The Marketing Communications Manager supports organizational and Neighbocare Health Foundation priorities and patient care through marketing communications to staff, patients, partners, government officials, donors and the public. This position is primarily focused on external marketing communications and internal communications support, executing projects and communications independently with guidance as needed and representing the organization in a number of capacities. The Neighborcare Health Foundation, Neighborcare's fundraising entity, is also supported by the Marketing Communications department. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Communications.

In this position you will:

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and produce content for all external marketing and communications as aligned with the strategic plan and communications plan goals and objectives. External communications include but are not limited to website, blogs and newsletters, news media content, social media, and patient materials and communication.Contribute to regular marketing and communications planning efforts.Work closely with leadership, and other staff members to ensure content is accurate and aligned with organizational strategy.Develop, implement and track an editorial calendar that aligns with our strategic plans.Manage all social media platforms and independently interact and respond to comments, reviews and posts by other organizations and people through social media platforms, representing Neighborcare Health to the public, while maintaining privacy requirements for patients as required by law.Assist in development and execution of campaigns that are aligned with organizational goals.Plan and produce videos for internal and external use. This may include videos related to annual staff meeting, senior leaders, donors, patients, and community partners.Assist in production and coordination of internal and community events including coordinating speakers and guests, developing presentations, and promotion in collaboration with the other teams.Monitor and prepare reports on a series of metrics that support leaders in gauging success of our marketing communications (website, social media, marketing campaigns, newsletters).Support development of messaging and talking points for various internal and external audiences.Assist in monitoring brand and messaging compliance throughout the organization.Manage photo and video asset database, ensuring assets well-organized and easy to find for multiple audiences.Other duties as assignedKey Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities

Required for this job:

Experience with content management systems.Must be a confident communicator and presenter.Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills, including ability to present concepts verbally; strong ability to simplify health care language for patients from various cultures and backgrounds.Strong video editing capabilities.Experience with working with professional printing/publishing, graphic designers and other vendors.Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.Superior project management and time management skills to juggle multiple projects at a time.Experience in facilitating meetings that result in clear action steps or outcomes.Excellent attention to details while keeping an eye on the strategic goals.Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media; experience creating and executing social media plans.Ability to work independently as a self-starterAbility to work collaboratively with teams and key stakeholders.Ability to manage conflict in healthy ways that result in shared learning.Ability to apply Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and health equity concepts to communications work.Preferred for this job:

Experience with graphic design and graphic design programs, such as Canva, Adobe products, and video editing programs.Required qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in communications, liberal arts, marketing, English, or a related field or equivalent of highly relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Years of Relevant Experience Required:

The salary range for this position is:

Minimum $85,633.60 to $119,995.20 MaximumCompensation will be determined based on years of relevant experience
