Responsibilities:Market Research & Analysis -

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients within the energy and industrial sectors.Sales Strategy Development -

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the platform's market presence, targeting key segments for market expansion or growth.Client Relationship Management -

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.Partnership Development -

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players to enhance the value proposition of the ECI platform.Proposal Development & Negotiation -

Lead the development of proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with the company's revenue goals and business strategy.Cross-functional Collaboration -

Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure the ECI platform meets market demands and customer expectations.Performance Tracking -

Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions and strategy adjustments.Product Expertise -

Act as a subject matter expert on our PaaS product offering, understanding its features, benefits, and value propositions in depth.Key Skills:

Communication & Presentation -

Excellent presentation and technical communication skills for client-facing engagements and capable of engaging C-suite executives and technical stakeholdersSolution Selling Expertise -

Demonstrated ability to sell complex PaaS and SaaS solutions, with a focus on understanding customer pain points and articulating the value proposition of NOV solutionsTechnical Acumen -

Strong understanding of IoT, edge computing, cloud technologies, and analytics, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for clientsStrategic Thinking -

Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with product and business objectives, particularly in competitive and evolving markets like energyNegotiation & Closing Skills -

Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals in PaaS and SaaS space, with an emphasis on long-term customer relationships.Business& Financial Acumen -

Strong understanding of financial metrics and business drivers in a SaaS/PaaS environment, including pricing models, ROI analysis, and revenue growth strategies.Adaptability -

ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt strategies as needed.
