Card Service Specialist Assistant

Your specific duties will include:Star C-06 Report.Process fraud claims on Symitar.Respond to assigned MSR/Lumin/Silver Cloud emails timely.Review Verafin alerts daily and contact members to verify suspicious activity.Assist with other job functions/duties as assigned by the Risk Management Manager/Card Fraud Specialist.Process/Distribute incoming mail to the Risk Management department.Assist with researching, monitoring, and processing fraud accounts within specific timeframes.Specific qualifications for the position include :
Basic knowledge of credit union services and programs.Friendly and professional. Excellent communication skills; sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to write.Knowledge of regulation E and other government regulations affected by this program.Credit Union experience.Symitar's experience is preferred.Some knowledge of card fraud.Pay Rate Range : $21.00 - 25.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
