Working across sales offices and home workplaces throughout the United States, Account Managers are supporting HALO's growth by providing support to HALO Sales leaders(Account Executives). You will be onboarded to learn the rhythm of each Sales leader and collaborate with your fellow Account Managers on an ongoing basis as new client projects roll in.

Responsibilities

Perform product research and make recommendationsOrganize client presentationsObtain pricing and prepare customer quotesUse your judgment to solve complex customer problems with creative solutionsCommunicate with ease and confidence about your ideas and solutionsDevelop strong relationships with Sales and Promotional Product SuppliersCommunicate extensively with manufacturers and clients via phone and emailCoordinate the ordering and return of samples for client presentationsEnter sales orders via the Company's proprietary systemCoordinate the client's review and approval of proofsOther duties based on business needsRequirements

2+ years of promotional products industry experienceEnjoy working independently and the freedom to balance multiple, parallel assignmentsThrive in a deadline-driven environmentDemonstrate your adaptability as new opportunities emerge and timelines changeProficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of and experience with basic business mathMotivated by working in a goal-oriented, deadline-driven team with autonomy in how you workAbility to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracyCurious, flexible and good humored with a positive "can do" attitudeActive participate in giving and receiving in appreciative and constructive feedbackMotivated learner that will take advantage of on-the-job training, complementary training programs, career mentorships, and stretch assignmentsCompensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications and geographic location. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to HALO at the time of the posting and does not include any potential benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The estimated salary range for this position is between $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
