Objective :

As a Business Development Manager, you'll serve as the primary contact for your customers. Your goal is to develop long-term, loyal relationships and provide top-tier landscaping services efficiently.

What you will be doing:Customer Service:Provide high-quality customer service-including site walk-throughs, formal meetings, and issue resolution-that lead to 90%+ account renewals.Sales:Grow existing accounts and earn new work to meet branch goals. This will involve proactively identifying areas of opportunity with your customers, developing accurate estimates and take-offs, supporting the Business Development team, and selling and maintaining acceptable gross margins for contracts and enhancements.Production Communication: Exceed the needs and expectations of your customers by developing strong, collaborative partnerships with the Production Team and Branch Manager.Administrative:Yes, some paperwork is required. You'll be responsible for preparing sales reports, estimates, contracts, and enhancements, and accounts receivable.Qualifications

Qualification you will need:

Crystal clear communicationPositive and professional attitudeSelf-motivatedProblem-solving skillsProficiency in current technology and computer applications (e.g., smartphone, tablet, Microsoft Office)Minimum 5 years of sales experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in a horticultural-related field3-5 years' supervisory or management experience2 or 4-year degree in a business-related field - PreferredValid driver's license and a safe driving record
