Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

This person will work with members of the distribution team to increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by delivering complete, accurate, and on-time deliveries to Richelieu's customers. The Delivery Driver will represent the company in a highly professional, safe, and cost-effective manner that complies with DOT and other applicable regulations.Deliver orders via the most effective route to ensure complete orders are delivered according to established time frames and customers' needsPrepare truck for operation by loading the product, securing of items and verifying the accuracy of shipping papersInspect truck tires, lights, brakes, fluids, etc. to ensure safe and cost-effective performance with preventive maintenance in mindMaintain communication with company during deliveries to ensure any updated instructions are receivedDocument delivery, accuracy and receipt of orders by the customer according to company directives and report any discrepanciesMaintain and monitor truck maintenance and driving record requirements, and maintain required documents for safety, security, and quality processesWork with other distribution team members to insure complete, accurate and on-time deliveries to the company's customersRepresent the company in a highly professional, safe, and cost-effective mannerMaintain a satisfactory driving record and comply with all DOT and other applicable regulationsFollow company policies and proceduresIncrease customer satisfaction by collecting information, feedback on service and resolving complaints per company policy; communicate information back to companySafely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as requiredPerform occasional warehouse and counter dutiesMaintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as requiredOther duties as assignedHours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.Position requires lifting/pushing/carrying items up to or over 50 pounds, and potentially working around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicalsWhat We Are Looking For
