Office Manager + Executive AssistantLOCATION: FORT WORTHOur client, a dynamic investment organization in need of exceptional talent, seeks an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to join their team. This role presents a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive support to the CEO while spearheading office operations, and supporting client services.Hot buttons:Office Management/Office Operations experienceExperience working for a small office or a desire to work in a small officeExperience wearing multiple hatsExecutive support experiencePeople management experienceLight bookkeeping experience - QuickBooks preferredResponsibilities:Executive Support:Collaborate closely with the CEO to manage professional and personal schedules, including travel logistics and event coordination.Efficiently manage multiple email inboxes and oversee task delegation, ensuring seamless communication and task execution.Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the CEO, managing incoming communication, screening inquiries, and prioritizing appointments and meetings to ensure efficient use of their time and focus.Office Management:Lead a team of office staff, providing training and scheduling support to optimize performance.Implement innovative performance improvement strategies to enhance office efficiency and elevate client service standards.Maintain meticulous records and organize documentation to uphold compliance and accuracy standards.Maintain timelines and deadlines for projects in accordance with client expectationsPlanning and executing of both internal and external eventsLight bookkeepingQualifications:10+ years in Office Management, Executive Assistant or similar roles, within a fast-paced environment.Bookkeeping experience - preferably experience in QuickBooks.Strong leadership acumen with a demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate teams to achieve performance targets.Exceptional organizational prowess with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with clients, colleagues, and external partners.Prior experience with a CRM preferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.Experience arranging private travel highly preferred.If you are driven, hardworking, and confident in addition to having prior Management experience, we want to hear from you!
