Since its establishment in 1993, KIOTI has experienced rapid growth as a result of its unique ability to facilitate responsive engineering and production of KIOTI products specifically designed to meet the growing needs of North American equipment users. Today, KIOTI Tractor sells its products through an expanding KIOTI dealer network of more than 500 dealerships located throughout North America. To assist with this, we have a strategically positioned U.S. warehouse distribution system and its streamlined parts, service and fulfillment center located in Wendell, North Carolina. This will be an onsite position in Wendell,NC, with a work schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. JOB SUMMARY KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking a Jr. Sales Operations Administrator to join our team onsite in Wendell, NC. The Jr. Sales Operations Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by streamlining operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring effective sales strategies are executed. This individual will work closely with various departments to provide data-driven insights, manage sales tools and systems, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB Sales Process Optimization: Assist in developing, implementing, and refining sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the sales cycle and recommend solutions. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems. Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and other key indicators. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Sales Tools and Systems: Support the administration and management of sales tools and platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sales technology and systems. Assist in the training of sales staff on new tools and processes. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure alignment with sales objectives. Facilitate communication between the Sales team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Sales Planning and Strategy: Assist in the development of sales plans and strategies by providing relevant data and insights. Support the implementation of sales strategies and monitor their effectiveness. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales Operations Managers and the Sales team as needed. Manage and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and agreements.
