Configura works with parametric configuration. We develop rules-based software to design spaces in 2D and 3D for leading companies within the commercial interiors, material handling and kitchen & bath industries. We believe you are self-motivated with a genuine passion and interest in technology. You have experience in object-oriented programming and an ability to collaborate and engage with internal colleagues and external customers. As a member of our Customer Delivery team, you will consult with external customers in the creation of high-quality extensions that allow for the specification of products. With that, you excel both as a programmer and the ability to engage with customers to ensure they have the best possible experience working with Configura.

Write and test codeReview code developed by other developers (either internal or external to the company)Triage issues and debug/track/resolve/refactor the problem codeWorking closely with our customers and your peers dailyCollaborate across functions to better understand how to solve problems effectivelyWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experienced Developer- 3+ years of object-oriented development experience required.Structured Learner- You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or are able to demonstrate the skills and experiences traditionally gained through such a programPassionate Technologist- You possess a genuine interest in technology and the way it can be used to solve programs and improve the worldStrong Communicator- You listen well and present ideas in a clear, concise and engaging wayAgile Approach- You have experience in and see the benefit/value in Agile methodologiesSelf Driven- You thrive in an environment built on trust and responsibility. You ask questions when needed but don't require consistent oversight to complete tasks or meet aggressive deadlinesNaturally Curious- You ask questions and engage in healthy debate to better understand situations and possible solutions
