POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for sales with a specific group of customers and the primary point of contact for the customer. You must have the ability to acquire new sales by building relationships with existing and new accounts. The job will require constant communication with customers, and a proactive sales and marketing approach to meet the Company's sales targets. Successful candidates will possess a positive work ethic, drive and motivation to succeed. Experience in the aviation industry is preferred.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

* Identify new business opportunities and market segments within the region.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including airlines, MROs

(Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul organizations), and OEMs (Original Equipment

Manufacturers).

* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the region, addressing their needs,

concerns, and feedback.

* Conduct regular client TEAMS meetings and site visits to understand customer requirements and

provide tailored solutions.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, contracts, and

sales prospects.

* Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's

products and services.

* Lead negotiations for new contracts, renewals, and modifications with customers.

* Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks

and opportunities.

* Analyze sales data and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed.

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer needs.

* Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market conditions in Salesforce.

* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Other duties as required.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school): or Work Equivalent

Experience:

5 plus years of experience in sales, program management, or customer support.

Minimum 5 to 10 years of combined experience in the following areas:

Aviation sales and business development,

Program management for aircraft and aviation industry accounts,

Knowledge of aviation OEMs, suppliers, and industry,

Proven track record in reaching sales goals and customer account development,

Customer-focused with strong relationships in the commercial aviation community,

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required,

Effective interpersonal and team leadership skills with the ability to interface with a wide range of personnel,

Must be a able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce database.
