recent college graduate
with product development, marketing internship experience.Essential Functions:Assist with the development of new products across multiple lines of business.Coordinate new product development with the owner including market & product research, competitive analysis and assist in timeline development.Directly assist the owner with factory selection.Assist with product costing breakdown and bill of materials development, including raw materials, components, labor, and other costs to determine pricing.Work with Marketing on communication materials supporting new product launches.Assist in communication with the India and China offices.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree or internship experience in related field preferredPossesses an organized, detail-focused approach.Ability to problem solve effectively and creatively.Proficient in all Microsoft Office applicationsCommunicates effectively - both verbally and writtenAble to multitask with shifting priorities and to interact with diverse personalities.Able to be initiative-taking and work under pressure.Salary DOEWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply for this position regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected status.
