PSC Group is seeking a Commercial Specialist to join their team in Pasadena, TX! In this role, you'll offer commercial support to the Operations teams and collaborate on commercial initiatives, such as rate adjustment requests. You'll also communicate contract requirements and rate/billing information to various departments and stakeholders. Job Duties & Responsibilities:Analyzes contract requirements and disseminates appropriate information to internal departments including the timely and accurate communication of detailed billing information and instruction.Prepares first draft of rate increase proposals for review by Operations and Contracts leaders.Tracks target dates for rate renewals to ensure timely submission of requests to customers.Contributes to the internal reporting efforts of the Contracts team by logging rate activity into shared databases.Works closely with senior leadership in the development of rate and pricing models for existing and new work.Provides contract research and support to the Operations and Business Development groups, among others.Researches and resolves questions relating to commercial terms and pricing.Responsible for keeping detailed and accurate records of rates and relevant documentation in the company's contract management system and SharePoint.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Collaborates with external stakeholders at a variety of levels to resolve contract-related issues.

Job Qualifications:

Degree in Finance, Business, Legal, or related field preferred2+ years' experience in Contracts Administration desiredStrong oral and written communication skills with ability to interact comfortably with different levels within the organizationConfidence to resolve issues and communicate decisions to senior management and department headsAbility to multi-task while maintaining a strong attention to detailSelf-directed with ability to work independentlyProblem solver with ability to seek out pieces of information to resolve issues18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.Stable work history with good references from past employersPass a drug screen, physical, and background checkSpeak fluent English
