Scope of Services:As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role within our Quality Engineer Center for Enablement (QE C4E) team, reporting to the Manager of the QEC4E within the Agile Delivery Enablement (ADE) department as a Test Automation technical subject matter expert. This role requires expertise in Tosca Automation capabilities to lead automation best practices, and scoping of related automation scenarios and analysis of functions under test to drive automation across projects/programs/product teams for products spanning from web and legacy applications to mobile applications for both iOS and Android devices. In essence, your role will involve close collaboration with business analysts, product owners, and developers to comprehend the stakeholder needs and contribute advisory support to the development of effective solutions. You will be instrumental in creating and executing comprehensive support for test strategies spanning from unit tests to integration, system tests, user acceptance testing (UAT), exploratory tests, and non-functional tests.

This will require strong coordination and communication with IT delivery teams following the Company delivery frameworks (agile, waterfall, and iterative), business partners and IT delivery partners and service providers. The Lead will have duties related to creation of operational documentation and playbooks and have coaching and training duties for both QE C4E peers, application support personnel and the user community. The Lead, although a Test Automation specialist, should also have a demonstrated ability to learn and stay current with adjacent software engineering tools and capabilities – examples include but are not limited to: CI/CD pipelines, test data management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Drive, plan and continuously improve upon automation test framework, test automation initiatives, roadmap, and blueprint across the QEC4E engagement(s)Establish policies and practices for automation excellence.Lead capability for cross-functional automation programs.Drive automation opportunities and regression test suite development for the organization.Support DevOps integration and pipelines working with the DevOps team.Develop and standardize automation metrics and reportsServes as tools operations liaison and the lead point of contact for QEC4E Application Support Teams for related Incidents/Configuration Support requests.

Education & Experience:2+ years of experience with Power BI configuration3+ years of experience expert in Tricentis Tosca for managing and use in Test Automation3+ years of experience delivering test automation as a shared service and aligning with enterprise strategies or department roadmaps3+ years of experience in managing test data with Test Data Services (TDS)3+ years of experience in Architecture Infrastructure Set Up for Test Automation4+ years of experience expert in Test Management Standards and toolsExperience in Mobile Application testingExperience in Tricentis qTestCompetent in API testingCompetent in Other Test Automation ToolsUnderstand industry test automation trends and continuously seek to improve the maturity of Test Automation DisciplinesExperience in setting up CI/CD pipelinesProven competency in Project Management
