As a Senior Director for AI Infrastructure Products, you will lead a group of Product Managers defining the AI infrastructure products and services to power the AI revolution. Most products this group will handle will involve coordination across all our organization's functions (networking, compute, architecture, etc.). This team will also work with industry partners to build and deliver new products. Additionally, this team will help communicate product strategy and functionality. You will initiate and champion collaborations with groups and ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities, providing valuable insights and recommendations for our AI infrastructure strategy.

Direct, lead, and mentor a team of product managers to build AI infrastructure products.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry standard methodologies, ensuring compliance and driving innovation within the organization.

Act as a leader with vision and trusted advisor to the SVP of AI infrastructure.

This role will require leadership partnering across multiple organizations within the Compute Product Group, key engineering teams, as well as account teams, solution architects, partner organizations, product, and corporate marketing.

Partner with program management to recommend an effective AI infrastructure strategy and a commercial strategy monetizing both hardware sales and software revenue for AI infrastructure workloads.

Collaborate with key partners, including customers, industry experts, and internal teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, crafting the product roadmap and strategy accordingly.

Work with executive leadership to develop a robust GTM Strategy and launch new SKUs in different regions.

Be an inspiring leader for defining the strategy and program for cloud compute.

Establish relationships with clients and drive executive engagements.

Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

Define new KPIs to inform decision-making and prioritization.

Provide regular updates and interact with executive management to influence the portfolio.

Set goals and expectations for performance and work with employees to establish specific, measurable goals and commitments.
