Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for creating and monitoring IT tickets and projects acting as a liaison between business and technology leaders to help allocate resources and help prioritize projects according to business need, resources, tech team bandwidth, and level of effort. Using proven reporting methods and metrics this position analyzes results on an on-going basis, escalates issues, and provides management with critical information that may impact project success. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

Work with appropriate management teams to provide estimates for development time, tech team bandwidth and project complexity/level of effort/appropriate resources to help business stakeholders determine priorities.Assist project managers in re-prioritization as new tickets/projects enter the queue.Communicate decision support information to stakeholders such as impacts to timeline and resources.Provide administrative project support to facilitate effective decision-making for project managers such as new requests and reprioritization.Act as a liaison between TSG and various stakeholders.Attend regular project meetings and documents task descriptions and/or meeting minutes, when appropriate, for project baselining and understanding.Research, create, manage, and improve processes and best practices.Formulate project templates and tools and build a functional repository.Develop and document standard operating procedures and ensures they are followed—such as ticket creation in CW, scope documentation (where applicable), project scheduling, tracking, status reporting, change control, issue tracking and resolution, etc.Facilitate “lessons learned” sessions for process improvement.Utilize ConnectWise as the ticket/project repository.Tie client projects to ConnectWise ticket numbers specifically for reporting purposes.Understand reporting capabilities and provides weekly status reports to various stakeholders.Measure ticket/project progress against the project schedule and, where applicable, projects cost budgets.Define and report metrics that measure project performance such as Budget Hours versus Actual and % Complete, when fitting.Report data and findings to TSG management for tracking associate performance such as utilization and aging to TSG managers/directors.Prepare, examine, analyze, and revise estimates, quotes, and sales contracts assuring consistency and formally documenting and maintaining contract administration.Offer accurate and timely analysis and reporting on tickets and projects.Identify and communicate issues and risks for project managers and provide suggestions as appropriate.Advise project managers on establishing projections for time/budget as applicable.Aid project managers in respecting a previously defined project scope and uses change control to comprehensively document changing needs/requests.Anticipate TSG staffing requirements based on forecast and communicates to management.Compare accomplishments to plan/budget and issues to impact on forecast.All other duties as assigned.Education & Experience Requirements:

Five plus (5+) years of experience in an IT environment.Degree in a computer-related field, MIS, IT, Business or related field skills or the equivalent combination of training and experience.Expert level experience with a software ticketing/tracking tool, preferably ConnectWise.Must have strong working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 365 software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive as well as excellent written and oral communications skills.
